A subcontract on a Department of Education Phase I SBIR to Active Artz (a women owned CS company)

In this small effort UCCS is providing support on experimental design, data
collection and analysis for the formal experiments on assessment of the pilot
project experiments. In Phase II of the project we will play a larger role,
including design and developing of much of the software.
